We let nature do its magic for up to 36 hours, giving each loaf its unique character. It's honest bread, with a crusty outside and a heart full of flavor. We offer our 100% Sourdough Stoneground loaf in oval and round shapes. This is our fluffiest bread.
Our Rye Sourdough is a bold, robust loaf with a 80/20 rye to stoneground wheat flour ratio. It's hearty, deeply flavorful, and perfect for those who love a bread with substance. Each loaf tells the tale of its slow fermentation, resulting in a rich, dense texture that rye lovers will adore. This is our 'crustiest' bread, so-called Krustenbrot. (*subject to availability)

Our Artisan Sourdough Bread Rolls are small wonders. Made from the same 100% stoneground sourdough as our signature loaf, they're perfect for when you want your own mini slice of tradition. Ideal for individual servings, these rolls are a testament to the art of baking in small, perfect portions. We offer original "Semmel" (R9), Poppy Seed (R10) & Sesame Seed (R10) - sometimes we also do Sunflower Seed (R12) such as Pumpkin-Seed-Filled Breadrolls (R12).
Our Sesame Almond Sourdough, a unique 'loaf' (Kastenbrot), is a delightful blend of aprox. 50% rye sourdough and 50% stoneground whole grain.
