All our breads and pastries freeze exceptionally well – meaning you always have fresh sourdough on demand.


We provide training and clear guidance on how to use, freeze & revive our products.


For our B2B partners we offer the best solution for freshness and zero waste: par-baked stoneground sourdough.


We bake each loaf halfway; you finish it fresh in your kitchen. Keep frozen; bake straight from the freezer (after defrosting) – always fresh, always ready.
