Our Signature Sourdough is like a good story – simple yet profound. It's made from 100% stoneground flour, spring water, and a dash of sea salt. Nothing more. We let nature do its magic for up to 36 hours, giving each loaf its unique character. It's honest bread, with a crusty outside and a heart full of flavor. Available in big & small.

Our Sesame Almond Sourdough, a unique 'loaf' (Kastenbrot), is a delightful blend of aprox. 50% rye sourdough and 50% stoneground whole grain.
