All our breads are 100% vegan, with the exception of our raisin bread and some pastries. These specific items contain non-vegan ingredients such as eggs and butter. If you're following a vegan diet, please let us know and we can guide you to our fully vegan options.

Due to a general shortage of rye and our commitment to quality, we do not always have rye bread available. We strive to source the best ingredients, and sometimes this means we can't always offer all varieties.

In general, there is no need to pre-order. We welcome walk-ins and typically have a variety of breads available. However, if you have a specific request or are coming later in the day, pre-ordering ensures that you get exactly what you want.
We recommend placing a pre-order if you need a specific item, especially closer to our closing hours or on Saturdays. This helps guarantee that your desired product is available when you arrive.
All pre-orders should be placed by 4 PM the day before your intended pickup. We compile our baking lists at the end of each day, and any orders placed after this time may not be processed.
We do not have a telephone in the shop to prevent distractions for our shop assistant. As a small operation, we focus on efficiency and quality service, and managing phone calls in the shop could hinder this effort.
