Pre-Ordering at BÄCKEREI
Welcome to our pre-order information page! We're beyond grateful for the love and support our community has shown us. As our little bakery continues to grow, we want to make sure everyone gets the best experience possible—so here's everything you need to know about pre-ordering with us.
Pre-ordering helps you secure your favorite items — especially popular ones like Hot Cross Buns (over easter), Croissaints, your beloved Rye, Leberkäse, Weißwurst, and larger pastry quantities. It also helps us plan better, reduce waste, and ensure we bake just the right amount.
Since we bake 100% sourdough, we need time to prepare for larger quantities:
This gives our team enough time to slow-ferment, shape, and prepare your goods to perfection.
We always prioritize customers who pre-order. If you know you'll need something special or a larger quantity, ordering ahead is the best way to ensure you get what you love.
Each pre-order in Store must include:
When picking up your order, please state your name and the items you've ordered.
If pre-orders are not picked up repeatedly, we unfortunately won’t be able to accept future pre-orders from that customer. This is to ensure fairness and reduce waste.

We will respond during opening times. Messages after 4PM will only be seen the next day. Same day requests - please give us a moment - the shop is sometimes extremely busy but we are on it.

Please note: We do not accept orders via the owners’ private numbers, Google Maps, Facebook, or Instagram DMs. Orders are only valid via our official Shop WhatsApp or Online Form.
Orders for Leberkäse and Weißwurst must be placed by Monday for collection from Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. Available until Saturday (while stocks last).

We're a boutique sourdough bakery — we slow ferment everything with care and precision. Our team is small and our days are full, from early morning baking to running the shop. These guidelines help us serve you better and ensure nothing is missed.
